Today’s edition focuses on Red Tourmaline. Gem quality Red Tourmaline is known as Rubellite, so jewelry made from it is commonly called Rubellite.
Regardless of the name used by sellers, they embody the same powerful heart based energy.
Rubellite Red Tourmaline resembles Pink Tourmaline to some degree, except the pink stone is a lot paler in color than the red crystals are.
They are also known as The Stone Of The Perfected Heart and were given this name by Judy Hall as she was aware of their action to both give love and receive love from others.
They are strong heart chakra stones and have a powerful action to activate how this chakra works. In particular, they help those who find it hard to accept love from others.
They are powerful to rejuvenate relationships as they improve intimacy by boosting passionate feelings for your partner.
They are beneficial crystals to help you to release fear and are good crystals for protection.
They work within all of the chakras below the heart, and resonate within the sacral chakra in particular to enhance the health of the sexual organs.
Note the rods in the image above with vertical striations on them. This is a common attribute of many stones in the Tourmaline family.
