Hi there and welcome to the latest edition of my newsletter. I hope everyone is enjoying learning about how to use crystals!
Today’s edition focuses on the Crystals For Deep Meditation.
The article outlines the properties and benefits of the top 14 crystals that were chosen because they are all quite beneficial to help you to reach a deeper state of meditation.
Meditation is highly beneficial for your health, and while it enhances spiritual growth it also has an excellent action to help stress and tension as well as depression and anxiety.
The image above is a lovely Stilbite Crystal, which not only encourages deep meditation, but is powerful if you can’t sleep due to constant overthinking, also called mental chatter.
The reason for this article is to help people who are unable to go as deep as they want when they are in meditation, which can be quite frustrating.
It is common for many people to find that they can’t sink into the deeper state they have read about, but sit with their eyes closed unable to stop thinking.
Many of you may find that when you wish to meditate that instead of being able to reach that lovely relaxed state required, inner voices related to the day’s activities fill your mind.
It is common for some of you to find that it is difficult to let go of the day-to-day thoughts and get into the state known as a ‘state of no mind’ where communion with the Divine is possible.
If you use any of the 14 crystals on the list you should find that their energy can help you to sink into a state that allows you to release thoughts about subjects that have been bothering you.
I also have an article about crystals for overthinking and these two pages are closely related, so check it out if you can’t let go of those day to day problems.
Overthinking often occurs at night, sometimes when you first go to bed and can’t get to sleep. Overthinking or ruminating can relate to your mind going over and over something that is bothering you.
Ruminating can also happen when you sit down to meditate, so check out this second article and see if overthinking is causing you to have problems with reaching a deep state in meditation.
The picture above is of a Mt Hay Thunderegg. These stones are found in a range of colors and many are quite bright colors. You can read about them and see more images in the specific article about them here.
Mt Hay Thundereggs are on the list of stones for deep meditation as they help to stop spaciness that some people find they get when they try to return to normal after going deep into the meditative state.
What you will see in the article about crystals for deep meditation, is that each stone has some excellent properties in addition to how to help you to go deep in meditation so its worth taking a look if getting deep in meditation is a problem for you.
That’s all for now. I look forward to sharing more of my favorite articles soon.
Love and light Liz
